A Simple Guide to Losing Monies!

Posted by doveswanson on April 12, 2008

I’ve been on a crazy shopping spree lately - seriously, I’m out of hand. But let’s not talk about that right now, let’s talk about just a few things that I find annoying when I am shopping. This is just a list of things that irk me, things I’ve kept in the back of my mind for just such a post! So, maybe I speak only for myself, we’ll see I suppose, but here are some ways to lose money real fast!

1. Put labels on your clothing. Be it a brand name printed across the clothing item, or a funny little logo placed indiscreetly, or in some cases, even an actual PRIM attachment on a clothing part or accessory. This is the fastest way to get my brain to shut off and my purse to clinch tighter than my asshole. The very millisecond that I see a label or logo on clothing/items I immediately skip right over it. I refuse to buy items such as these - I won’t do it. I don’t want your store name on my tits or ass. And if you create accessories that are mod (no-mod accessories? see #2) you can guarantee I am modding the fuck out of that thing as soon as I get home and I’m ripping your silly dingle-dangle logo off of it anyway. I understand that the increase in logos and labels on items lately is due to and in direct-relation to the increase in content theft, but as an alternative, why not stick it somewhere a little more discreet, or simply make it more discreet - period.

2. Make accessories no-mod. I’m not going to lie and say that I will always avoid no-mod accessories, because sometimes I just HAVE to have certain things. But it’s surely a way to make me pause and really debate if I actually do need it that badly. I will almost always pass it up if it’s a new store I haven’t purchased from before (or seen on someone else in-world), because then I’m unsure of how sizing looks, and if it would fit properly without modding, etc. Even if I purchase, often times, the no-mod accessories end up sitting in my inventory unused once I get pissed at not being able to: resize, tint, or take off extra parts I don’t need. One of my favorite things to do is take an accessory and tint the hell out of it (and sometimes certain pieces just *need* full-bright on), my second favorite thing is to pick it apart so that it’s totally custom and unique to me.

3. You probably won’t lose money on this one, but this is just something I would personally enjoy more of. If at all possible, please put your items in a folder, so that when we purchase, we receive the contents in a folder, properly named, in our inventory - that way all we have to do is drop that folder into the proper top-level folder and voila! I hate when things are boxed. Call me lazy, whatever - but I hate having to drag it out of my inventory, rez it, delete/take it, and THEN get to the inventory sorting part. I understand that sometimes you have to box things, I understand that sometimes as a creator, that’s just easier on you - but I want you to make it easier on me because I’m selfish. :p If you could, please include a landmark to your (mainstore) location - oh. my. god. I cannot understand people who do not do this? Why wouldn’t you? It’s one of the easiest forms of advertising and getting repeat customers at that. And lastly, if you could include a picture, even if it’s just the vendor image you use in your shop, including a copy of that in the folder would be so nice - that way when I go back to that folder months later, I can recall, easily, what exactly is in it. Yay!

4. Bling. Bling goes almost hand in hand with no-mod accessories. If you put bling in something - I will buy it ONLY on one condition - it HAS to be mod. And even then, I will often skip right over it on the simple basis of it being bling. Ew. Why do you do that? Even when you include bling with the on/off function, I hate having to type that every time the shit decides to kick on. I also don’t like having to rely on modding to destroy the bling altogether. I’m not sure who in the world ever thought that bling was cool and neat or even attractive - but …hello…it’s not. Get over it already. Besides, now there is a new function for you to abuse - glow! Yahoo! I actually don’t mind glow, but I’m sure some of you will make me grow to hate it - I’ll add another number when that happens.

5. Use texture-changing, button activated vendors. Okay, I’ll cut you some slack in some cases - I understand that sometimes you are cramped for prims and so you stick as much as you can into these push-button vendors, I get that. But, if you can, please, please avoid them. They’re really annoying, laggy, time-consuming and I’m just too lazy and impatient to deal with them in most cases. I want to pop into a tp drop-zone, wait the mandatory 5 minutes for things to load, and then turn in a full circle, have a full-on clothing-gasm and start buying. I don’t want to wait 5 minutes for 5 vendors to rez, and then proceed to click thru each one invidually, 50 times, and wait another 30 seconds or more for each new texture to load. Noe. Don’t do this to me, please. I’ll get bored quickly and I’ll leave in the first 10 minutes without ever seeing half of your inventory.

6. This is just another personal peeve one - but if you are a content creator, why won’t you put your store location somewhere in your profile? Picks. Classified. Where ever the fuck you want to put it, just put it there. I do a ton of my shopping in this order: see someone wearing something cool, right click and inspect something cool, click view creator profile, tp from their picks/classifieds. Guess what? If you don’t have it in your profile, often times, I just won’t take that next step to hunt it down in the search. It makes no sense, marketing/advertising-wise for you not to have it in there and it just makes it so much easier on us, the customer.

7. Have a lame-ass customer service policy. Okay, I get it, it’s all LL’s fault, not your’s. I DO understand that as a content creator myself, believe me. But after this long, we all know, it’s just common place for you to take responsibility for LL’s fuckups, and take responsibility for your customer’s satisfaction and experience in your shop. You better believe that if I happen to pull up your profile prior to purchasing, and notice that you have something like this in it, I won’t be buying from you: “I am not responsible for transaction failures, there will be no refund or replacements on failed deliveries, etc blahblahblah” - Are you kidding? I could almost understand this a little bit if the items in question are trans-okay, but if they are no-trans, what’s your problem? That just sounds like you are lazy and if you want to say you have far too much business and that you’d spend all day taking care of this kind of stuff if you started allowing it - well, duh - that’s your job. You don’t complain when you get our money. If you don’t want to provide customer service, or simply can’t - stop selling, put your stuff out for 0L, or hire staff to help you with that issue, if you are making that much damn money you can afford to pay them to handle the headache of your customers.

8. Last but not least, and I’m putting this one in here for my honey. Heh. Make your doorways too short for taller avatars so that they can’t even enter your shop. Yes, it has actually happened - and more than once. It’s actually kind of funny considering the number of avatars that are freakin giants, but yeah, apparently some content creators are shorties and make their doorways to the scale of their own avatars. I mean, I find it amusing myself, walking in under the wire at 5′8, but I don’t think Law finds it very funny to hit his head on the doorway and be stuck outside while I snickle at him and continue shopping. :D

Okay, it’s getting late and I think I’ve bitched enough to cover the whole week. I couldn’t let Law show me up on my own blog. :p Have fun shopping!

Hi, my name is Dove, I steal. :(

Posted by doveswanson on March 16, 2008

I already posted on the content theft issue awhile back….and I still feel the same - it sucks, you suck if you do it. But with the huge amounts of attention it’s getting anymore, and it seems daily someone new is outted for being a thief….I can’t help but feel, perhaps, just maybe …we’re all sitting a *little* too high on our horses. I’m sure this is going to get me kicked in the teeth but I have to ask those who are leading this parade or marching at the forefront:

How much illegal music, that you downloaded, do you listen to while playing SL?
How many illegal rips and copies of movies have you watched in SL with friends and family?
How many of the programs that you use to create your content and amazing works in SL, did you actually pay for?
(and of course the age-old favorite)
How much of your “original content” contains pieces and parts of someone else’s “original content” - ahem, that means you photosourcers!

I could go on and on. Gonna start by saying - I’m guilty as fucking hell. No, I am in no way saying it’s okay to steal the works of others, trust me, I am so freakin’ over it …it’s got me paranoid to even shop at new places that aren’t already established in SL, it’s that bad! But, I feel like we’ve all gotten a little wound-tight lately, and high-strung. I know that it has to suck to have your hard work stolen right out from under you without any sense of justice to be found, I know that I would hate that very much myself.

I just know, also, that we’re all (or at least the majority of us) living in some pretty fragile glass houses. Who is drawing that line between what’s acceptable and what’s not? Who draws the line between legal and illegal (because it’s obviously really blurry for some)? Who is deciding what levels of thievery are okay and which ones are not? Does the sense of right and wrong only exist in the bubble our SL clients create? Is this level of theatrical and dramatic ‘coverage’ of the guilty and condemned exactly necessary? It’s almost like we’ve become a pitchfork mob, out for the kill. On the other side of that coin, I am fully aware of the reason behind this mentality we’ve developed - it comes from the lack of action on LL’s part - we’re taking it into our own hands!

I dunno what’s right and wrong in this circular debate, maybe I’m just sitting on the fence. I thoroughly support people fighting the good fight, and I think that the thieves should be brought to task for what they are doing. I just don’t think I’m of clear enough conscience to join it myself. I suppose I will just continue supporting the original designers and creators directly and leave the balls-to-the-wall approach to those with the ..well…balls, to do it.

So, I guess….’Go Team!’ ? ? ?

Skin Fair ‘08 Ruined My SLife!

Posted by doveswanson on March 6, 2008

I wasn’t going to attend the skin fair - not because I’m boycotting anything, but just because I knew it would be a.) a lag fest and b.) I love the skin I’m in! But then I saw this post by Gogolita on the feeds, the first set of skins she showcased totally caught my eye, but I knew not to get excited because most skins look good on her. I went to see who the creator of this too-cute skin was and boy was I shocked to find out it was Gala!!

See, when I was but a wee newb, the first non-freebie skin that I owned, actually, the first three, were Gala skins. Back then Gala was having a discount sale on some of their skin line and being newb and unaware of what else was out there, and plus being cheap, I dabbled a bit and they actually worked well with Dove’s shape of old. I wore them for months, it wasn’t until awhile later that I came across Celestial Studios and never looked back…..

….until now, that is. (Can I do it baby? Aw hell, I’m gonna!)

DUN DUN DUN!

I went to the skin fair specifically for this skin, I hunted it down amid the lag and retards and  I found it. I grabbed the first demo that rezzed because honestly I wasn’t expecting much, even with how lovely they looked on Gogolita. I brought the demo back home along with some others just for shits and giggles and stood on the porch changing in and out of them. The Gala came up and immediately I paused, took it in for awhile and secretly, quietly….fell in love with the face. The new name for this line is “Refined” and you know, Gala really hit the nail on the head with that one - that’s the perfect description for it in comparison to their old stuff. I looked at it for awhile, but Bo was there distracting me and taking embarrassing pics of Dove in the buff, so I kept cycling through the skins.

That cute button-nose, soft-lipped face kept coming back to me though. So later, I stripped down again and stood staring at the skin, trying to convince myself that I hated it. Law got to listen to me for a good hour….not ranting about it …but falling in love with it slowly and surely. If you’ve ever heard me gripe about skins when they come out, my gripe is usually one of three things:

1. Eyebrows. I can’t stand pencil and drawn-on looking eyebrows. I can’t stand most shapes of eyebrows either.
2. Nose. I hate dark shading on the nose, especially the bridge and nostril holes. It irks the fuck out of me.
3. Lips. I hate when the lips are softened so much they look like you got stung by a bee, I hate that false plumpness and on the reverse I hate the thin, pointy-cornered lips too.

What did this skin give me? All three of my peeves - soothed. The eyebrows I love even more than my CS eyebrows - they’re not too dark, not drawn on at all, kinda bushy and the shape is perfect. The nose, the nose makes this skin, even though it’s darker shaded in the nostril area than I would tend to like, the way they shaded *around* the nostrils creates this cute button effect that I just want to pinch off and keep forever. And the lips, OMIGOD. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a mouth on a skin that was more perfectly shaped first of all, but the texturing on it is so real and while it looks soft, it’s not pornstarish, and yet you still wanna kiss it. (Personally I hope they do like CS does and think to include a freckled version of this skin in the future, it’s screaming for freckles across the bridge of the nose and sprinkled lightly on the cheeks)

Yeah, see? I’m totally in love with this skin. The body details are not bad either, but ever since I left the stripper/hooker life behind, I don’t really care much for what naughty bits look like - although I have to say, this skin has a cute cooter, perky nipples and the ass is perfect, lightly shaded (the ass on the CS skins is one peeve I’ve always had, it’s too dark and looks stained).

I made up my mind that I was going to purchase this skin. Yes, after over a year of one skin line, I was going to do it …branch out …take the dive. Lord, help me. I braved the skin fair once again - because apparently this line isn’t released in the main store yet, or I can’t find it if it is. I grabbed up a bunch of skin demos in a slightly darker tone (I was already aware the demo I had gotten was a little too light) and ran back home to try and talk myself out of it while I tried them on. This is where I hit my first hitch…the skin tones are very lacking and not exactly a realistic tone either. You go from ghostly white, to ghostly pale, to an almost pinkish-yellow complexion (classic), and from there it jumps straight to almost hooker-tan (luster) and then you’re pretty much african-american after that jump.

And there is where I stopped. I keep flipping back and forth from one skin tone to the other, and then over to my CS skin to try and compare and see which one is closest to that tone. But they’re just such different skins and tones that it’s hard to compare them at all. I love my CS skins, but every time I flip over to the demo skins from Gala, I can’t help but feel the face of my CS skin is so lacking now…..but then I look at the skin tone of the demo and I want to puke. Why, God, why did you do this to me? Why must your grass look so green over there?

Anyway, I took some pics of the two demo tones and my CS skin, all three with the minimal/bare style makeup I could find…ignore the lashes, I didn’t edit them very much for these quickie shots. I put on hair too so you can compare, and did some further-away shots because the face on the Gala skins really need to be seen on a whole too, they’re too cute! What do you guys think??

Oh, and if anyone who creates or knows someone on the inside at Gala, ever comes across this post, please, I beg you, give me ONE more shade of skin between Classic and Luster and I will fucking love you forever!

P.S.
My vote for ‘best demo skin’ at the fair would have to go to Karamia, I put it on and started giggling. Too funny! (yes it actually says ‘poop’ on it)

Can I get an Update?

Posted by doveswanson on March 1, 2008

What’s the point in having an update group (SL-based or not) if you aren’t going to….uh….update it? Don’t we join update groups so that we can be the first to hear about new stuff and just general store changes and info? Since when does an update group come third, fourth, or …never (in some cases) to hear about news and new shit? What is this foreign word - “unannounced” …what doth thou meanest?? How the hell can you have an update group and still qualify to use the word ‘unannounced’…seems like you lose that right somewhere in that process. Is this some new fun game designers have decided to launch on us? It’s not fun, by the way.

Oh, and update groups that drop a landmark to the shop on you, and nothing else - I love you. I freakin love you. That’s sarcasm incase you didn’t notice. I don’t need to be reminded weekly that you still exist on the grid. Unless you are writing to tell me of some changes to the shop, something new being released or a sale perhaps - please don’t think that a landmark is anything more than an annoyance.

Thank God for subscribe-o-matic groups …otherwise some of these groups that suck at this so hard, would be a terrible waste of those precious twenty-five slots. You are probably asking, why bitch about it? Why not just unsubscribe from the group? Well, because I actually LIKE the stores, I actually LIKE their product - that’s why I joined the group to begin with…I just hate the lack of notices or lack of notice content.

Personally, I feel that an update group is a collection of some of your biggest fans, the customers who care enough to pause, look you up and join or click that kiosk and join - so obviously they’re your direct market - why the HELL aren’t we taken better care of?

Please. And Thank You.

An Ode to BareRose

Posted by doveswanson on February 27, 2008

Okay, so if you’ve known me for even a tiny bit of time, you’ve probably heard me at one point or another ranting about how awesome BareRose is and how shunned by the fashion community it seems to be as a brand, on whole. As I’m writing this, it seems the blogosphere has finally embraced BareRose as a member of the family - or maybe the family has just extended to the far far cousins who don’t mind being seen in BareRose? Regardless, I get a funny little tickle in my belly every time I see BareRose on the feeds (no, unfortunately it’s not an orgasm, nor is it a developing fetus or ulcer)  - MUCH deserved airtime in my opinion!

Why I love BareRose, let me count the ways….

First of all, where else can you get a folder full of every layer you can imagine, every attachment you would ever need and in every style imaginable (fantasy, goth, casual, formal, etc) and all in the price range of 100-200L??? And add on top of all of that, the fact that the shit is actually fucking quality work! Beautiful texture work, amazing prim work (helloooo??? sculpty work on so many attach points for under 200L???) Some of the older stuff, which is still pretty brilliant, even drops under the 100L mark! I can still remember when BareRose was busting out prim work like no one had seen before …using prims to create costume and outfit details that no one else could even cook up in their brain, let alone actually apply - and when sculpties hit the grid, BareRose took it to a whole new level …and somehow managed to keep the prices in that same, wallet-loving range!

It’s one of the few places where I will actually take the outfit and wear it straight out of the box, but it’s also one of my favorite places to mix and match and dissect outfits. Take a look, here’s one of the more recent releases ‘Inferno’ for girls, on the left, straight out of the box, minus shoes and hair - and on the right, my little mixup of the outfit paired with pieces and parts from other designers (credits below). For less than 200L I just obtained an outfit that can create …who knows how many other outfits - and it’s sculpted, and it’s lovely and it’s quality. Not just that, but it’s style and design that you often won’t find anywhere else, and if you do, chances are, they’re imitating BareRose to begin with.

I understand that because of the cheap prices, the brand in general has a sort of “newb” stigma attached to it - but I personally think that anyone who would turn their nose up at BareRose clothing for that reason alone, might as well go ahead and tip it up a little more, and hopefully the next time it rains you’ll just go ahead and drown. I challenge anyone to go to BareRose, even if you are the most picky person on the grid - go there, have a real look around - and then tell me you left empty handed because you couldn’t find anything you liked. Even for the guys there’s an actual abundance of outfits for once - not many shops and designers can say that they put out for the guys like they put out for the girls (I mean in actual content). ;)

I know that another negative factor for some of BareRose’s clothing and designs is that they seem to be created for those tiny, skinny little avatars …so sure, there’s usually quite a bit of adjustment to be done - but yanno, it’s not very often that I take something out of the box and it does fit perfectly, so I can’t really hold that as a true complaint.

I’m also aware that the layout and the design of the store (or whatever it is) itself is also quite a downer. I know….I actually hate going to BareRose because of the way it’s such a lag beast and so terribly hard to navigate. While I was there prepping for this rant, I snapped some shots to show exactly what I mean and what I’m sure plenty of you have griped about as well. But as I was walking around, just amazed at the sheer number of creations, and pondering how on earth a person has that much time in a day …or year…or lifetime, to create so much kickass stuff, I realized something….

….how the fuck else can you lay out a store like that, of such magnitude? How would you display the outfits? How would you have room if not to build directly up into the sky and stretch the walls as far as the eye can see? If you started sticking them in scripted vendors to switch them out with dials and such …the lag would be insane eventually, due to the sheer number of scripts running. So, while I was busy thinking of how annoying it is to actually shop at BareRose HQ, I tried to think of how a person would make it better?? I have no fucking clue, to be honest with you. I came up totally empty handed. I decided maybe I should stop bitching about that and just enjoy what June Dion has to offer from that corner of the grid. (Aside note: To be fair, there is a VIP shopping area, I’m assuming you join the group and you can have access to this ‘lag-free’ shopping area, dunno, I’m too lazy to find out)

Speaking of what else BareRose has to offer, I did a little exploring…I’d never been to the couture side of BareRose before - from what I could see it’s just a slightly more formal branch, the usual quality and prices you’re used to. But what did catch my eye? BareRose makes sculpted flowers! :o I didn’t even know, perhaps I’m the last person to know this, but I was pretty darn impressed. They’re lovely. I bought some for an end table in our treehouse (omigosh, I am overloading on flowers in our house, someone stop me!). The bouquets for brides are just gorgeous, and the fun rose-petal bath sets are really neat. Another thing I noticed while I was there - sculpted shoes. Now, let me say that what was offered currently was not my style and I did not partake - but if the shoe section becomes anything like the clothing section, I say to all the shoe creators in SL: watch out! Lord, I dream of a whole wing in BareRose devoted to nothing but sculpty shoes…mmmm, now I have that funny tickle in my belly and it’s totally an orgasm on the way. :D

And that’s why I <3 BareRose and always will. Applause, bravo, tipping of the hat and high-five - please don’t ever leave us and please keep up the good work!

Stop Stealin’ My Shit, FOO!

Posted by doveswanson on February 23, 2008

Content theft. I’m sure we’ve all heard those two words a bazillion times in the past couple of weeks and it only seems to be getting worse. WTF LL? I don’t worry too much about it myself, because I just make poses, who the hell would wanna steal those? Besides, in that field of creation we tend to overlap one another so much that we might as well be stealing from each other anyway.

I’m not gonna post another plea to the masses to act on this or that - I think that’s been covered pretty damn well already. I’m not going to showcase another attempt at theft or point the finger at anyone either. I think it’s shitty when people steal, but …I actually wanted to say that I think some designers and creators are starting to get on top of it proactively - not just by filing complaints and signing petitions….but by taking the power back into their own hands and the hands of their customers.

One example would be the recent reaction by Maitreya when they found out one of their styles of shoe had been ripped off - I’m sure they are taking appropriate measures and actions …but they also did something pretty darn smart. They took the offended shoes and put them out for FREE! I think that’s a very loud and clear statement - I think it sorta says something along the lines of “oh yea, well fuck you too!” - it’s really incredibly smart. I’m sure it sucks to have to take your hard work and give it away for nothing thanks to some numbnuts, but it also has to feel a little empowering and it truly involves your customers in a way that petitions never will. It calls to a most basic sense in us - holy freebies! but it also speaks to our sense of loyalty, and maybe even compassion or sympathy.

What did I do when I saw the notice from Maitreya on their blog? I went to their store, got the free shoes …and then I bought another pair just to say “hey, sorry yer gettin’ fucked with, but thanks for being a trooper! <3″ It’s my quiet way of giving the finger to the thieves too. As I pondered this post, it appears LaynieWear has been ripped off too, and she has put out the dress for free in her shop as well - bravo!

I think that on top of signing petitions and protesting, maybe when a creator tries to take back a little power (since LL seems to suck at it) - maybe we could return the favor by not only going to sap up those freebies …but by shopping around a bit and making a purchase to let them know we’re still here, we came to support them, not the thieves.

In short:
Thieves - U R SUX!

Rant #1 - FashCon

Posted by doveswanson on February 21, 2008

Looks like my first dabble in self-pleasure blogging is going to be a rant! Woo!

Probably not about what you might think - no, I’m not going to rip and tear at FashCon because I happen to love the group muchly, I think the idea and concept of it is brilliant - even on the days it gets really annoying with the high notice intake. I’m actually going to rant at all the stupid vendors who can’t seem to follow or understand some really really fucking simple rules. I’ve been bitching about this one for a couple of weeks now, poor Law gets to hear it daily - now you guys get to also! :D

I understand that the FashCon group has exploded recently because the designer applications have finally been reopened - I myself was recently readded, so I get that the amount of notices will increase now simply because there are that many more people wanting to let everyone know about their new releases. But ….some of you bastards are just fucking breaking the rules! Punks.

I was curious if my feelings and ranting were unfounded so I just did a quickie in the notice-history tab of the FashCon group, sorted them by ‘Name’ and in the top ten notices listed there is already a violation. Not going to name names because that would take all freakin’ day…lord people, what’s so hard to understand about sending ONE notice a week? And in my world, a week = seven days! I don’t care if you are busting out products five, ten a day and you think they’re amazing and everyone should know about them - guess what, if they are that amazing, people will still care to know about them seven days later.

If you are one of the guilty persons I’m talking to, please promptly punch yourself in the eye, and continue doing so every time you even think of posting a notice to FashCon before that seven days is up!

Oh and what about the fact that notices are for new releases! Not sales - if I see one more sales notice from FashCon I’m going to kill a kitten, I swear - please don’t make me do it. Dude, if you’re having a sale, why not tell your personal group about it instead?? The word will spread. And you know what, I don’t think that a sale is an excuse to break the seven day rule either. It’s ONE notice per week, regardless! One one one one one one one one one one one! Grr.

And those “oops I forgot to include XYZ” …oh.my.god. I seriously think some people do it on purpose. Do yourself a favor, write everything in a notecard, keep a checklist if you have to - have I said what needed to be said, have I included photos, have I stuck a landmark in there, okay good, now attach and send! Besides, those LM- only notices are really annoying anyway…chances are, unless I know your brand prior, if you don’t include photos of the products, I’m not coming to your shop.

While I’m on the topic - people who dog FashCon because of the notices and how annoying they can get. I agree, totally annoying some days…especially on the weekends. Oy! But yanno, you do have the option to turn off group notices and browse at your leisure. Just an FYI. But yeah, feel free to continue bitching - I do. I’ll tell you one thing - no other method of advertising drops 20-30 people on my shop-steps in under 15 seconds. So stick that somewhere and smoke it.

This really isn’t rocket science - I actually suck at this, and I manage to freakin’ follow the rules and get it right the first time, most of the time - so I won’t accept any lame excuses on this one. Honey, if you ever read this and need some help modding that group - just drop me an IM, I will SO be the unmerciful hand of God on this one. :D Dooo eeeet, give me the powah!

So…yeah, if yer a designer and looking for a great way to get your products out there - try the Fashion Consolidated group and follow the fucking rules or else!
